Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content about the takedown
- Take appropriate action against repeat infringers
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification that must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court and acceptance of service of process
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright holder files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who receive multiple DMCA notices, even if not legally determined to be infringers.
Misuse of DMCA Process
